Callback number inTraining Session reminder message
Can we please have the ability to change the callback number that gets sent out to the member in the reminder message for a training session? There have numerous occasions that the trainer has a session during un-staffed hours and the member gets the reminder message saying to call the Club's number to reschedule. This does no good when there isn't anyone in the office. The member isn't doing anything wrong, but now my trainer is sitting at the club thinking that their client was a no-show. Or even worse, client leaves a message saying they will be a little late, but the trainer leaves because they just think the member is a no show. It also doesn't help the member and trainer build a better relationship. It would be great if the phone number of the trainer showed up instead.
