For leads that are assigned to the Default Member Sales staff member, easily re-assign it to yourself using the Assign To Me Button next to the lead's name in the Recently Added Widget on the homepage or User Search.This saves time by making it easier to grab a lead that you are working with

This feature is based on a user's access. User's must have the "Reassign leads to self if currently assigned to default" permission enabled. For roles that do not have a drop down menu in the recently added widget, one will be added so you can view the leads assigned to the Member Sales Default. For anyone's permission that are accessible to yourself, you can grant individuals access to this. For help or to grant permission for all users in a role, reach out to support@club-os.com 

For new leads that do not have an associated membership tour on the calendar, such as webleads, clicking the Assign To Me button will result in a pop up window confirming you'd like to assign the prospect to yourself

For new leads that do have an associated membership tour on the calendar, clicking the Assign To Me button will result in a pop up window confirming you'd like to assign the prospect to yourself and optionally if you'd like to transfer the membership tour to your self. Confirming both will reassign the prospect and make the logged in user the event owner of the Membership Tour
