Sales Performance Analytics
Sales Performance Analytics has been improved to include even more metrics on the category dashboards and to be more consistent with club terminology. See below for the list of updates made to your dashboards.
Club Performance at a Glance
A new Overview dashboard is now available in Sales Performance! Use the Overview to get a quick view of your club’s performance across all metrics in a single dashboard. Some metrics included in the overview are:
- New Leads
- Completed Follow-ups
- Traffic
- Completed Waivers
- Closed Traffic
- New Memberships
- Overdue Follow-ups
- Web Lead Response Time
New Leads Dashboard
- The leads tab has been renamed to ‘New Leads’ to more accurately describe what is being reported on the dashboard.
- The number of leads that have not been contacted is now included on the New Leads tab. Use the contacted filter to get a list of all of the leads that have not been contacted.
Traffic Dashboard
- The Events tab has been renamed to Club Traffic and events are now called tours to be more consistent with the day-to-day terminology in your club.
- A new ‘Completed Waivers’ KPI is now available to allow you to see how many of your completed events also had a waiver signed.
Follow-ups Dashboard
- The Scheduled Follow-Ups tab has been renamed to ‘Follow-Ups’ and now includes direct contacts across the entire dashboard. Use the new ‘Follow-up Type’ filter to view all follow-ups, scheduled follow-ups only, or direct contacts only.
- The following KPIs have been added to the dashboard:
- Completed Follow-ups
- Scheduled Follow-ups
- Direct Contacts
- On-time Follow-ups
- Overdue Follow-ups
- A new chart is available that shows the follow-ups completed by the number of days overdue they were at the time of completion.
- A new chart and table are available to provide insight into overdue follow-ups. The chart provides a view of the overdue follow-ups summarized by the number of days overdue and the follow-up status while the table can be used to get a full list of currently overdue follow-ups for the time period.
Initial Contact Dashboard
- The ‘Web Lead Response Time’ will no longer include users that were created as members when calculating the response time.
- Corrected an issue that was causing some lead response times in Sales Performance Analytics to include non-business hours when a follow-up was completed outside of the default business hours.
Other Enhancements
- The marketing source filter on all dashboards has been improved to be more performant and will no longer include duplicates when multiple locations have the same marketing sources.

Messaging Campaign Analytics (Pilot)
- A new ‘Audience’ filter is now available on both email and text campaign dashboards to allow users of campaign analytics to filter results to only see campaigns that targetted specific audiences.
- Email Analytics
- A new chart is now available that reports the campaign open rate, join rate, click rate by the day of the week the campaign is sent.
- A new chart is now available that reports the campaign open rate, join rate, and click rate by the day of the month the campaign is sent.
- Text Campaign Analytics
- A new chart is now available that reports the campaign delivery rate, response rate, and join rate by the day of the week the campaign is sent.
- A new chart is now available that reports the campaign delivery rate, response rate, and join rate by the day of the month the campaign is sent.
Bug Fixes
- When editing payments scheduled for package agreements, dates prior to the start date of the agreement will no longer be shown.
- Corrected an issue that was preventing some campaign recipients from being properly excluded for some clubs when the check-in filter was used for members.
- Addressed an issue that was causing some links in email campaigns to be broken on certain devices.
- Corrected an issue that was preventing the Returning Guest button on digital guest waivers from consistently locating the correct user.
- Corrected an issue that was preventing the PT Follow-up Activity Report from being received when certain filters were applied.
