When a New Referral prospect is inputted into Club OS, a referral link will be created to link them to the referring member/prospect. The staff member assigned to the New Referral is based on a Club OS setting that is configured by a Club OS rep. By default, the New Referral will be auto-assigned to the same staff member as the referring member/prospect. If you’d like the New Referral to be assigned to the employee adding the referral, the settings for “Assign New Referral to the employee who adds them (logged in user)’ should be enabled.
