Once this System Email is active, an email will be sent to each new user added to the system. By default, it will only send to employee users. If members are logging into Club OS, an integration setting can be enabled for some member management system integrations to send this email to members. This automates the process of providing users with their username and password for Club OS.
The email is sent to the email address on file within Club OS as soon as the user’s account is created. The email will include a salutation, club’s branded login URL, login credentials and any custom message that’s added.
