Email Campaign Recipient Analytics is now available for Pilot Customers.
Our new Email Campaign Analytics feature can be used to gain insight into how successfully campaigns are performing at your club and to better understand the revenue that can be attributed to a specific campaign.
Email Campaign results can be accessed from the Automated or Blast Email Campaign list by clicking on the ‘View Campaign Results’ link for a specific campaign or by clicking on the ‘Results’ tab.
- View Campaign Results link - Using this link will give you shortcut to a targeted view of only the selected automatic or blast campaign
- Results tab - Viewing the tab will allow you to view information across multiple campaigns based on your applied campaign and date filters.
The following filters are available in the Email Campaign Analytics Dashboard:
- Campaign
- Send Date
The following data is available for each campaign (up to at least 9 months in the past):
Sent: The total number of prospects or members that were sent the campaign. The difference between the Sent and Delivered totals will be any failures that occurred.
Delivered: The total number of recipients that were successfully delivered the campaign.
Opened: The total number of recipients that opened the email campaign.
Click through Rate: The percentage of recipients that clicked on the campaign out of those that opened the campaign.
Clicked: The total number of recipients that clicked on the email campaign. (Visible within the Click Through Rate widget)
Unsubscribed: The total number of recipients that unsubscribed from email communications after receiving this campaign.
Engagement Over Time: The total number of recipients that clicked, opened, or unsubscribed from an email campaign by date that the action was taken.
Memberships Sold within 7 Days of Send: The total number of recipients that purchased a membership within 7 days of receiving the campaign, data is displayed by the number of days that passed between the campaign send date and the membership sale date. Grouped by the membership type that was purchased.
New Membership Revenue: The total amount of recurring revenue for memberships purchased by campaign recipients within 7 days of the campaign being sent. The average membership price can also be seen in the sub-metric data 'Averaging $X per Membership'.
Join Paid on Sale: The total amount that was paid at the time of sale for memberships purchased by recipients of the campaign within 7 days of the campaign being sent. The average sale price can also be seen in the sub-metric data 'Averaging $X per Sale'.
Average Membership Length: For recipients that purchased a membership within 7 days of the campaign being sent, this is the average length of agreement in months.
Average Sale Age from Message: For recipients that purchased a membership within 7 days of the campaign being sent, this is the average number of days that passed between the campaign send date and the sale date.
Average Sale Age from Lead: For recipients that purchased a membership within 7 days of the campaign being sent, this is the average number of days that passed between the campaign send date and the created date of the lead. Note: Comparing the Average Sale Age from Lead to Average Sale Age from Message can help show how successfully your campaign was at waking up old leads in the system
Campaign Engagement by Weekday: The open rate, click rate and join rate by the day of the week that the campaign was sent.
Campaign Engagement by Calendar Date: The open rate, click rate and join rate by the day of the month that the campaign was sent.
Email Campaign Opens by Date: When viewing multiple campaigns at a time, this chart allows you to see the number of opens that occurred summarized by the campaign send date. Chart data will be grouped by campaign.
Campaign Performance: When viewing multiple campaigns at a time, this table will include the metrics listed above for each campaign included in the filtered results including the send date and the audience targeted for the campaign. This will allow users to directly compare the results of campaigns sent across any metric. For more information on a specific metric, see the descriptions above.
