Ability to waive signatures when selling a package agreement in Club OS 

• When selling a package agreement, there is now a check box above the Terms and Conditions on the last page of a draft agreement, allowing a user to waive signatures (if the member has already agreed to them elsewhere). When the box is checked, the signature and initial boxes will be removed and the package can be sold without them. The agreement PDF and the agreement screen in Club OS will display that the terms were waived, and by whom. 
• All Club Admins and Location Managers have access to this feature by default. Other employees can be granted access to the feature by their Club Admin or Location Manager.
