New Drop-In Status Logic for Studios

  • Previously, users were only able to enter the “Inactive Client - Drop-In” status a single time; after their initial purchase of one session was used, no future used, single-session purchases would put them back into the Drop-In status.
  • We made a change so that users go into the “Inactive Client - Drop-In” status if they meet the following criteria:
    • They have never purchased a recurring service
    • They have only ever purchased one session at a time
    • Their session balance is zero
  • Examples:
    • Is a drop in:
      • Purchase on 1/1 for 1 session
      • Purchase on 2/1 for 1 session
      • Purchase on 2/28 for 1 session
      • Session balance: 0 sessions
    • Is NOT a drop in:
      • Example 1:
        • Purchase on 1/1 for 5 sessions
        • Purchase on 2/1 for 1 session
        • Session balance: 0 sessions
        • Client is not a drop-in because they have a purchase for more than 1 session.
      • Example 2:
        • Purchase on 1/1 for 1 session
        • Purchase on 2/1 for 1 session
        • Session balance: 1 session
        • Client is not a drop-in because they still have 1 session left to use.
