New SMS Opt-Out User Permission

    • We added a permission that allows clubs and locations to determine which user roles are allowed to manually opt users in to text communication. 
    • The permission is called “Can manually opt prospects and members into text communication”
    • By default, this permission is set to Allow for all user types (eg. Club Admin → Front Desk) except for Members and Prospects.
    • The User permission is manageable from within the admin app and on individual user profiles from the User Settings > Permissions page.
    • If the permission is set to Deny for a user or user type, those users are unable to opt prospects and members into text communication.
      • The SMS opt-in input is disabled on the Add New Lead page
      • The SMS opt-in input is disabled on the User Settings page if the user is currently opted-out. The employee should still be able to opt users out of text communication.
      • The user is unable to save with this input checked.
      • When a user focuses/hovers on the smsOptIn checkbox on the User Settings page, a tooltip is displayed with the message, “You do not have permission to manually opt users in to text communication. Contact your {clubLabel} Admin for assistance.”
