There are 6 different Event Types on the Club OS Calendar.
Each event type corresponds to a type of event that your club could host. Below you will see a description of each event type and the icon associated with that event on the calendar.
Meeting: An event that is internal for the club. Example: Weekly Staff Meeting
Personal Training: The traditional 1:1 training session with a member and a certified personal trainer. This event will be validated by the member's key fob swipe 2 hours before or after the scheduled event time.
Group Training: A group personal training session including multiple members and a certified personal trainer. Base, Burn and Build sessions of Anytime Fitness Live Programming are group training.This event will be validated by the member's key fob swipe 2 hours before or after the scheduled event time.Members using the Anytime Fitness App can book themselves into these events, as long as the club has created the events as public and the members have funded sessions.
Small Group Training: A service set up for 2-3 attendees. This event will be validated by the member's key fob swipe 2 hours before or after the scheduled event time.Members using the Anytime Fitness App can book themselves into these events, as long as the club has created the events as public and the members have funded sessions.
Class: A service offered to members included in the price of membership. Examples: yoga, spin, kickboxing, and Zumba. This event will be validated by the member's key fob swipe 2 hours before or after the scheduled event time.
Appointment: A Club Tour. This event should only have attendees who are Prospects.
Fitness Consultation: The initial meeting between a personal trainer and member. The personal trainer evaluates the fitness level of the member and recommends programming. Note: Typically a free session; still, trainers can be paid via commission. This event will be validated by the member's key fob swipe 2 hours before or after the scheduled event time.
Assessment:The member’s fitness plan progress check done by the personal trainer.
