Once you’ve received an email from AMPE’d, prompting you to schedule an appointment with your new lead, you will need to call and then document the outcome of your follow-up in Club OS.
1. Use the search bar at the top of the dashboard to find the prospect’s name and click on it from the drop-down menu.
2. Click the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
3. Select the outcome of the call from the drop-down menu and enter any notes about the call in the notes field.
