Security & Login Enhancements

PCI Password Compliance – Now in Pilot

To strengthen account security, we’ve introduced:

  • More complex password requirements
  • A more secure password reset process
  • Automatic account lockout after multiple failed login attempts

Single Sign-On (SSO) for Club OS ONE – Now in Pilot

CRM and CRM+MMS users can now log in through a single, streamlined login page, making access to ClubOS ONE more seamless than ever.

Enhancements:

  • Added extra validation for unique usernames and emails

Fixes:

  • Resolved an issue where account status updates (activation/deactivation) were not syncing correctly
  • Fixed a detection issue that incorrectly flagged username changes

 

Usability Improvements

  • A “Show Password” icon has been added to both the login and password reset pages for easier password entry
  • Added drag-and-drop functionality for quick search when scheduling events in the Scheduler
  • Updated ClubOS logos on error pages for a more consistent brand experience

 

Email & Communication Enhancements

  • Password reset emails now send regardless of a user’s email opt-out status, ensuring access recovery is always available
  • Adjusted email campaign security settings to prevent false security alarms from locking out employees
  • Ensured only valid email addresses can be submitted via the TI Entry form

 

Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements

Login & Password Management:

  • Users can no longer reuse old passwords once changed
  • Resolved an issue where users were unable to reset their password from a password reset reminder email
  • Fixed a login issue for users with duplicate usernames

Scheduler & Events:

  • Resolved issues within the Add/Edit Event modal
  • Fixed an issue preventing users from copying follow-up segments

ClubOS ONE Improvements:

  • Addressed an issue where club logos were not displaying on the login page
  • Fixed a display issue where the Client ID field was appearing for COS-only users
