- Updated the prospect contact information to ensure frictionless contact updates.
- We've added a banner to as a reminder to users about phishing attempts which reinforces the idea that Club OS will never ask for sensitive information.
- Adjusted web lead forms to eliminate double checkboxes and ensure better accuracy and functionality.
- Restored the missing save button when editing packages.
- Resolved an error when converting a Prospect to a Member, ensuring a smooth transition.
Data Integrity and Accuracy
- Restored missing data and improved handling for campaigns, training agreement invoices, and API endpoints to maintain consistent and reliable information.
- Resolved discrepancies in KPI updates, ensuring accurate performance tracking.
- Improved the handling of re-interested leads so they now exit the "Not interested" status as expected.
- Fixed duplicate email validation for ASFv2 integrated locations, ensuring checks are location-specific.
- Corrected unexpected updates to Salesperson IDs during record updates to maintain data accuracy.
Performance Enhancements
- Optimized system queries to resolve timeout errors (504) on the Automatic Campaigns page.
- Implemented safeguards to manage abnormal activity and prevent oversized lead imports for smoother operations.
- Added a clear error message in Analytics (“No data available to display”) to improve clarity during AWS outages.
