• Organize Email Campaign Templates: You can now filter, tag, and search email campaign templates, making it faster and easier to find exactly what you need. Apply custom tags, filter by category, or search by name to streamline template management and save time. This new functionality is available across all clubs and locations.

Event Management

• Text Reminders for Private Prospect Events: Martial Arts studios and other facilities offering private prospect sessions with trainers can now send calendar invites and text reminders for these events. This helps ensure better attendance and seamless scheduling for clients. (Not recommended for gyms primarily offering tours.)
• Improved Status Updates for Appointments: Enhanced logic for appointment and guest status changes ensures that status updates, such as "no show," reflect the most recent action. This provides a clearer, more accurate view of guest engagement and scheduling.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

• Follow-Up Settings: The segments, schedules, and scripts tabs now load reliably on the Follow-Up settings page.
• Sales Performance Dashboard: Corrected a discrepancy affecting closed tour metrics on the Anytime Fitness dashboard for accurate performance tracking.
• Automatic Email Campaigns: Resolved an issue where automatic emails weren’t sent to new members converted in ASF.
• Membership Setup Access: Users can now open the Membership section under "My Club" → "Package Setup" without issues.
• Blast Campaigns: Ensured that Blast Campaigns load smoothly, preventing errors that previously blocked access.
• ASF Email Integration: Resolved a duplicate email issue where emails were overwritten in cases of duplicate entries.
• Web Lead Notifications: Fixed an issue to ensure that new leads from HubSpot are correctly generating web lead notifications.
