Club OS’ ‘Send From’ feature allows clubs to customarily pick which party will be visually credited with having issued a campaign’s emails. As a result, clubs can elect whether to unify their emails under a single sender’s name or to personalize each email via dynamic content.
A campaign’s ‘Send From’ section is located at the bottom of its Send page.
Within the ‘Send From’ dropdown menu is a list of nine sender options. These options include:
- Default Member Sales Email: The email address of the staff member who has been made responsible for performing membership follow-up on all unassigned Prospects. To discover how to appoint a Default Member Sales employee in Location Settings, click here.
- Default Member Support Email: The email address of the staff member who has been made responsible for performing membership follow-up on all unassigned Members. To discover how to appoint a Default Member Support employee in Location Settings, click here.
- Default PT Sales Email: The email address of the staff member who has been made responsible for performing PT follow-up on all unassigned Non-PT Members. To discover how to appoint a Default PT Sales employee in Location Settings, click here.
- Default PT Support Email: The email address of the staff member who has been made responsible for performing PT follow-up on all unassigned PT Members. To discover how to appoint a Default PT Support employee in Location Settings, click here.
- Assigned Membership Follow-Up Email: The email address of each corresponding staff member who is assigned to perform membership follow-up for the individual Prospects/Members who have received the campaign email.
- Assigned PT Follow-Up Email: The email address of each corresponding staff member who is assigned to perform PT follow-up for the individual Members who have received the campaign email.
- Assigned Trainer Email: The email address of each corresponding staff member who is assigned to train the individual Members who have received the campaign email.
