- Permissions: Clubs now have additional options for allowing or denying the creation of duplicate prospects with the same name/email/phone at different locations within the club. (For more info, click here.)
- Email Templates: New formatting has been implemented to standardize email appearance; a max height will be applied to logos as well as a set width of 600 pixels for the email textbox. (Click here to learn more about email campaigns.)
- Follow-Up and Direct Contact Emails: The ‘From’ email header will now be listed simply as firstname.lastname@example.org, and a new ‘reply-to’ field has been created to contain the longer reply-to tracking email address.
- Marketing Sources: ABC integrated clubs can now sync marketing sources with ABC, which will allow them to track their marketing data through ABC’s reporting.
