Through
KPIs, a club’s staff is instantly able to track how successfully they are attaining their Club Admin’s specified goals. For Sales Persons, KPIs supply performance feedback. For Location Managers, they provide clear facts for diagnosing the status of a location or individual employees.

Using the filters afforded to them, Location Managers can arrange KPI data to highlight a multitude of perspectives. In doing so, Managers are aided in evaluating every angle of a location or employee’s performance. These KPI filters include: by employee, by location, by sales, and by fitness. 

A. By Employee

By default, a user’s dashboard displays their own KPI. To access a different employee’s KPI, first click the left-most drop down box.

This will open a menu comprised of every employee/location accessible to that Location Manager.

                                   

Locate the desired employee. Click their name to re-populate the KPI window.

B. By Location

To switch between locations, begin by clicking the left-most drop-down box.

This will open a menu comprised of every location and employee accessible to that Location Manager. Next, decide which is to be studied: a single location or all locations.

For a Single Location: Scan the menu for the desired location. Click it to re-set the KPI window.

                   

For All Locations: Click the ‘All Locations’ filter found at the top of the menu.

C. By Sales

1.

This filter refers exclusively to Memberships. To re-set the KPI window to show Membership sales stats, click the right-most drop-down box.

Lastly, click ‘Sales’.

D. By Fitness

This filter refers exclusively to Personal Training. To re-set the KPI window to show PT sales stats, click the right-most drop-down box.
