How Can I Track Facebook Leads Using User Search?

Follow

Due to Club OS’ offering of Facebook Lead Ad integration, participating clubs now require filters for tracking which leads were acquired through Facebook, specifically.

This article explores three elements of the Facebook filtering experience: How to Add a Facebook Filter to User Search, How to Use the Facebook Filter in User Search, and How to Filter Facebook Leads for a Particular Time Range.

How to Add a Facebook Filter

To track which of a club’s Prospects were acquired via Facebook Lead Ad, that club must first add ‘Facebook Lead Ad’ onto their list of filters. To add this filter, navigate to Location Settings and enter the Marketing Sources tab.

Next, select the club location to which this filter is to be applied.

Inside the ‘New Marketing Source’ textbox, type ‘Facebook Lead Ad’. Upon completion, click ‘Add’.

‘Facebook Lead Ad’ will now appear amongst the club’s list of filters.

How to Use the Facebook Filter

Begin at the User Search page. On the left side, at the bottom, is the ‘Origin’ filter. Click its drop-down menu and select ‘Web’.

Located below is the Marketing Source filter. Click its drop-down menu and select ‘Facebook Lead Ad’.

Instantly, the page’s list of profiles will filter down to only include those acquired through Facebook Lead Ad.

How to Filter Facebook Leads for a Particular Time Range

To see which Facebook Lead Ad Prospects were created within a specific range of time, scroll down to the bottom of the User Search page and click the ‘Select Date Type’ drop-down menu (located in the lower-left corner).

Click ‘Created Date’. Next, click each calendar icon to set the desired date range.

Instantly, the present Prospects will filter.
