4. The Bottom Ten: An Overview

Through
Top Ten’s filters, Managers and Admins are given the capacity to organize club data through a multitude of perspectives. This allows a Manager or Admin to evaluate a single party’s output in relation to the work produced by other staff.

The filters through which Top Ten data can be arranged include: by employee, by location, by specified KPI, and by date .

Note: These filters may also be applied to the Bottom Ten.

A. ‘By Employee’

1.

By default, the Top Ten begins by showing ranked employees. However, if, after filtering by location, one would like to re-set the filter to ‘By Employee’, they will first need to click the left-most drop-down box.

Top Ten Window > Drop-Down Box

2.

This will open a menu comprised of every location accessible to that staff member. Scroll to the top to find the ‘By Employee’ filter. Click it.

By clicking ‘By Employee’, the Top Ten window will now re-populate. Newly displayed are the combined ten-highest performers across every available club. (Note: Salespeople are only able to see themselves.)

B. By Location

1.

To switch between locations, begin by clicking the left-most drop-down box.

Top Ten Window > Drop-Down Box

2.

This will open a menu comprised of every location accessible to that staff member. Next, decide which is to be ranked: a single location or all locations.

For a Single Location: Scan the menu for the desired location. Click it to re-set the Top Ten window.

For All Locations: Click the ‘By Location’ filter found at the top of the menu.

C. By KPI

1.

By default, the Top Ten ranks a club’s ten highest performers as they pertain to the KPI criteria, ‘Appts Made’. To change which KPI the Top Ten ranks itself by, first click the right-most drop-down box.

2.

This will open a menu containing every KPI available to the club.

Scan the menu for the desired KPI. Click it to re-set the Top Ten window.

D. By Date

1.

This filter displays the ten highest-ranked performers for any past date. This allows Managers and Admins to recognize performance patterns across time.

In the top-left corner of the window is a calendar icon. Click it.

2.

A pop-up window will appear, offering two choices of time: all the data for a specific date or spanning one calendar month.

      A. Date: By clicking ‘Date’, a pop-up calendar will appear. Select the date desired for Top Ten
          comparison and click ‘Done’.

      B. Month: By clicking ‘Month’, a simpler pop-up will appear. Click either arrow to
toggle between months. Select the month desired for Top Ten comparison and
          click ‘Done’.

By optioning either route, the Top Ten will reset to reveal the ten highest performers for that timespan.
