This report tells you who on your Sales team is really on top of their follow-ups! (Click here for steps on how to access, filter, and schedule this report.)

An example of the Follow-Up Scorecard can be seen below: 

 

Columns generated in this report contain:

  1. Location - the location of the Sales employee you will be looking at.
  2. Employee -  Sales employee's name.
  3. Last Login  - last time the Sales employee logged into their account.
  4. 30 Day Log-Ins -  how many times in the last 30 days the Sales employee has logged into their account.
  5. Follow-Ups Today (Prospects) - how many Prospect follow-ups are due today.
  6. Follow-Ups Overdue (Prospects) - how many Prospect follow-ups are past due.
  7. 30 Day Completed (Prospects) - how many Prospect follow-ups have been completed in the last 30 days.
  8. Follow-Ups Today (Members) - how many member (Client) follow-ups are due today.
  9. Follow-Ups Overdue (Members) - how many member (Client) follow-ups are past due.
  10. 30 Day Completed (Members) - how many member (Client) follow-ups have been completed in the last 30 days.
