Sales Rank Report

The Sales Rank Report tracks and ranks sales performance at one or more locations. It can be filtered by date range and location. You can also use the 'Group Location' option to review each location’s collective output.

Participants are ranked in order of descending success.

Sales Rank Report Fields

The Sales Rank Report ranks performance in various metrics on separate tabs, including:

  • Total Sales: The total number of agreements sold by an employee/location within the report’s designated dates.
  • Be Back Sales: The number of agreements that an employee/location sold to returning visitors.
  • New Sales: The number of agreements that an employee/location sold to first-time visitors.
  • Overall Close %: Ranks the rate in which an employee/location was able to successfully sell an agreement.
  • Referral Added: The number of referrals acquired by an employee/location
  • Referral Converted: The number of referred Prospects who converted to Member status
  • Calls: The number of follow-up calls made by an employee/location
  • Appts Booked: The number of appointments that were set by an employee/location within the report’s designated date range.
  • Appts Show: The number of employee/location’s appointments that were successfully attended
  • Appts Closed: The number of an employee/location’s appointments that resulted in a sold agreement.
  • Be Back Appts Closed: The number of an employee/location’s appointments attended by returning visitors that resulted in a sold agreement.
  • New Appts Closed: The number of an employee/location’s appointments that were attended by first-time visitors that resulted in a sold agreement.
  • Unscheduled Visit Events Closed: The number of an employee/location’s Unscheduled Visit events that resulted in a sold agreement.
  • Be Back Unscheduled Visit Events Closed: The number of an employee/location’s Unscheduled Visit events that were given to returning visitors and that resulted in a sold agreement.
  • New Unscheduled Visit Event Closed: The number of an employee/location’s Unscheduled Visit events that were given to first-time visitors and that resulted in a sold agreement.
  • Appts Close %: The rate in which an employee/location’s appointments resulted in a purchased agreement.
  • Walk-In Event Close %: The rate in which an employee/location’s walk-in events resulted in a purchased agreement.
