Club OS does not have the capability to reach out through SMS to referrals -- or those who have not yet expressed direct interest in joining.

As we live in a very litigious nation, this measure is in place to protect you. It is an FCC violation to contact anyone through SMS who hasn't expressly provided their information (however, you CAN still call/email them).

In order to be able to text your prospect, they must first visit your location and fill out the Digital Guest Waiver themselves.

Additionally, if this prospect has been previously texted, they will have been presented the option to opt out of receiving any additional texts in the future. Should they choose to opt out, you will no longer have the ability to send them texts.
