What is the Pantry and How Does it Benefit the Client?

The Pantry is a key component of the Nutrition section of Fitness Foundation. The objective is to have the client’s pantry mirror their home pantry and to provide the ingredients necessary to make the meals listed in the aforementioned Meals section. Food in the Pantry is broken down by category, providing the client with a well-organized list. Pantry items will be copied when performing a Nutrition copy.
