What is the Difference Between a Be-Back and a Walk-In?

A Walk In (W) occurs when a Prospect, with no appointment scheduled, enters a club and fills out the Digital Guest Waiver (DGW).

If that Prospect repeatedly completes the Digital Guest Waiver upon multiple visits, then they will appear as a Be Back instead of a W. (Note: A Be Back is indicated as, both, a 'B' within the Prospect's calendar and a 'BB' within Club OS reports.)

Regarding appointments, if someone who hasn't visited the club has a scheduled appt, and then shows/completes that appointment, but then another appointment in the future is scheduled for that same person, the second appt will be a BB appt booked.

An appointment show is any appointment that has been completed on the schedule (not cancelled or rescheduled).
