Manually Reset/Change an Account Password

Begin by searching for the employee whose password you would like to change. First, select the ‘User Search’ in the sidebar menu, then enter the employee’s name in the search bar.

Select the employee from the search results. Once on the employee’s profile, select the ‘Account Settings’ widget from the black banner at the top of the page.

Select the ‘Security’ tab from the Account Settings tabs across the top of the page.

Then, enter a password in the New Password field (be sure to repeat it in the Confirm Password field).  Click Save Password, and you will have successfully reset your user's password.
