Generating and Scheduling the Lead Source Report

The Lead Source Report displays a wide range of details about Prospect and Member accounts added to Club OS and the Marketing Sources associated with them. Before you can send or schedule this report, you must select the desired Date Range, Location, and Employee that you would like to see.

What data will display on the Lead Source Report?

  • Prospect accounts with a Created Date that falls within the selected Date Range, including any deleted accounts.
  • Member accounts that were previously Prospect accounts and have a Created Date that falls within the selected Date Range, including any deleted accounts.
  • To be eligible to display on this report, all accounts must have an Origin selected (note: while it is possible for accounts to be created without an Origin, it only happens in very rare scenarios).
  • This report considers accounts that are created by Club OS users and accounts that are created via a billing integration function (note: this means that there are leads considered for this report that may be excluded from other reports, such as the [New Prospect Report], and therefore the total number of New Leads on the Lead Source Report is not expected to match the total number of Prospects listed in the New Prospect Report).  

The rows that appear on each tab of the Lead Source Report will be determined by the Sources assigned to the accounts being considered. The following is an example similar to what you can expect the rows to look like:

Columns generated in this report contain:

Notes:

Events must have a Created Date that falls within the Date Range selected for this report in order to be considered.

Agreements must have a Sale Date that falls within the Date Range selected for this report in order to be considered.

At the top and bottom of each column except the first, the total sum, count, or aggregated percentage for that column will display.

  • Source - the Marketing Sources assigned to Prospects that are being considered in the report will display here
  • New Leads - the total number of Prospect accounts that are assigned to a particular Source will display here
  • Unscheduled Visit Events - the total number of Unscheduled Visits (walk-ins) events created that contain an Attendee with a particular Source will display here
  • Appts Booked - the total number of Appointment events created that contain an Attendee with a particular Source will display here
  • Appts Show - the total number of Appointment events created that contain an Attendee with a particular Source and have an event status of Completed will display here
  • Appts Show % - the percentage of Appointment events that have an Attendee with a particular Source and a Status of Completed, derived through dividing the Appts Show value by the Appts Booked value will display here 
  • Traffic - the sum of Unscheduled Visit Events and Appts Show will display here
  • Closes - the total number of events that have an Attendee with a particular Source and an associated Agreement that contains a Sale Date matching the Created Date of the event will display here
  • Close % - the percentage of Appointment events that have an Attendee with a particular Source and an associated Agreement that contains a Sale Date matching the Created Date of the event, derived through dividing the Closes value by the Traffic value will display here
  • Member Units - the total number of Member Units that were sold and associated with accounts that have a particular Source will display here
  • Memb EFT - the total EFT amount associated with accounts that have a particular Source will display here
  • Memb Down - the total Down Payment amount associated with accounts that have a particular Source will display here
  • PT Sales - the total PT Payment amount associated with accounts that have a particular Source will display here
  • New Revenue - the sum of the Memb EFT, Memb Down, and PT Sales values associated with accounts that have a particular Source will display here
