This report provides an overview of employee Follow-Up activity and membership sales for a selected date range. The report will show individual employee stats unless the Group by Location option is selected. The grouped report shows the totals for each club location.
Sample Employee Productivity Report
Employee Productivity Report Fields
- Location, First Name and Last Name of the employee
- Total Logins: Number of logins by the employee during the selected date range
- Total Prospect FU - The number of Follow-Ups made to Prospect accounts by the employee
- Total Member FU: The number of Follow-Ups made to Member accounts by the employee
- Closed Total: The number of memberships sold by the employee
- Close w/ FU - Number of memberships sold that had at least one Follow-Up completed.
- Close w FU% - Percentage of memberships sold with least one Follow-Up completed.
- Close w/o FU% - Percentage of memberships sold with no Follow-Ups completed.
