There are two different approaches:
- Individual KPI Goals: This helps with customization based on the staff member’s circumstances. For instance, you can set lower goals for part-time staff members that are different from the overall location goals.
- Location KPI Goals: As a location owner, you have the ability to set location goals across the board for everyone.
Note: The Individual Goal will override the Location Goal and if you have access to more than one location, you will need to filter for that specific location.
Individual KPI Goals:
You can set individual goals that are reflected on the dashboard by viewing the employee's profile. Once you are viewing the employee's profile, select the ‘Account Settings’ widget, featuring the gear icon, located in the black banner across the top of the page.
Then, select the ‘Dashboard Goals’ from the Account Settings tabs across the top of the page.
Next, select the ‘Edit’ button to adjust the employees dashboard goals.
- Enter adjusted goals directly into the text fields.
- Select the ‘Save’ button to confirm dashboard goal changes.
Location KPI Goals:
First, select ‘My Club’, located at the bottom of the sidebar menu, then select ‘Dashboard Goals’.
Next, select ‘Edit Goals’ on the ‘Dashboard Goals’ page.
- Apply goal changes directly into each categories text field.
- Select the ‘Save’ button to confirm dashboard goal changes.
Sales goals will apply to Dashboard KPIs for all membership sales. Fitness Goals will apply to Dashboard KPIs for all fitness sales. Location Goals will apply to Club KPIs and will reflect the location numbers as a whole.
