How Do I Add Referrals/Preferred Guests?

Should a prospect/member wish to refer an acquaintance to the club after their initial opportunity (during the creation of their account), a referral/preferred guest can still be submitted via the "General" tab located within that prospect/member's account.

Once there, you can click on the button that says "Add Referral/Preferred Guests" and you will be prompted to add these new leads into the system.

In the event that this is a POS Referral: The POS referrals will get credited properly if the referrals were added the same day as the member conversion.

This means that even if someone is still showing as a prospect when referrals were added, the POS referrals from them will still be credited as long as the referrals were added the same day as the sale date.
