Club OS Facebook Troubleshooting (Single Location)

Navigate back to Club OS and select the page to be linked from the dropdown.
Click the “Link Page” button in Club OS:

After the connection is successful, use the developer testing link below to create a test lead:

Make sure to “delete lead” before creating a new lead! If there is an existing test dummy lead in the system, the system will dedupe and the new test lead will not show up.
NOTE: If the page you are testing does not run lead gen ads specifically, a test lead will not be created.
Repeat this process for the remaining locations you want to link. You do not need to repeat the “Edit Settings” portion.
NOTE: Be sure to select the correct page by using the correct ID. To find a facebook page id, go to the page in question > “About” section, and scroll to the bottom to find the page id. (you can match this with the pages presented in the dropdown in OS to ensure you have selected the correct one.
Club OS Facebook Troubleshooting (Multi-Location)
In order to establish Facebook page connections for a multi-location group, there are a few important factors to keep in mind. First, a connection will need to be established for each individual location. However, during that process, when in Facebook, on the screen where you select which pages to grant Club OS access to, it is important that every page you would like to set up is selected to grant access, each time you are granting access to an individual location.
For example, say I want to set up a connection for Location A, Location B, and Location C. My process will be as follows:
- Navigate to Club OS > Club Services > Location Settings > Facebook Lead Ads tab.
- Select Location B from the drop-down present (above the title where it says "Facebook Lead Ads") and then select the button to login to Facebook.
- Once in Facebook, ensure that the option to grant access to Location A, Location B, and Location C are selected.
- Proceed through the prompts until you are back in Club OS (saying Yes to both options on the screen that describes access types).
- Ensure that Location B is selected in the second drop-down box that now appears in place of the 'Login to Facebook' button and select the option to finalize the link
- You should now see that the connection is successfully established for this location
- Repeat steps 2-6 for Location A; pay close attention to select ALL locations that you would like to connect in step 3 (including Location A, even though that link is already established)
- Repeat steps 2-6 for Location C; pay close attention to select ALL locations that you would like to connect in step 3 (including Location A, and Location B, even though those links are already established).
It is important to keep in mind that, while granting Club OS access to location pages in Facebook, if any page is unselected at any point in the process, then the access will be revoked and the link will not work properly to pass leads in. For example, if when establishing Location B's access, I unselect Location A, then access for Location A will be revoked from Club OS during my Location B setup process.
