The Club OS team has released new changes to our production environment. These changes will affect a large portion of our client base. Please see below for additional details:

Reports

  • The Schedule Audit Report has been moved from the "PT/Group Fitness" section to the "General" section of "Reports"

    • The report was moved to be more closely aligned with the actual functionality of the report.

Follow-Up Settings

  • PT Opportunity and PT Inactive follow-up status thresholds are now visible on the front-end of Club OS by navigating to My Club -> Follow-Up Settings.

    • PT Opportunity:

      • This threshold indicates the number of available sessions a client must reach on a PT agreement that does not auto-renew.

        • Once this threshold is met, the client will move to the first follow-up position for the status.


    • PT Inactive:
       
      • This threshold indicates the number of days that must elapse prior to the client being considered inactive.

        • Once this threshold is met, the client will move to the first follow-up position for the status.

  • If you wish to make any adjustments to these values, please contact your Club OS Account Manager.
