To prevent an employee's name from appearing within the calendar, follow-up window and reports, set the account as a template account. Marking it as a template account will remove the employee's name from all menus within the system. However, the employee still has the ability to make changes to the system using this account. Some limitations may apply depending on the account permissions.
To mark an account as a template account, complete the following steps:
- Search for the employee's account using 'User Search' or the search bar at the top of the page.
- Access the employee's account setting page by clicking on the settings icon as shown below.

- Scroll down to the section marked 'System Information' and check the box for 'Use this account as a template to copy data'.
