Inactive Member Agreement Integration – Club OS & ClubHub

 

Inactive member agreements are currently not being synced with Club OS due to a ClubHub integration change. The Club OS and Anytime Fitness development teams are collaborating on a resolution that will accommodate the need to track membership agreement history and the need to provide active membership agreement data accurately. As the teams work to enhance and improve the data integration, please reference your ClubHub reports on the dashboard to obtain a list of inactive member agreements. Steps to the report are listed below.

 

ClubHub Inactive Member Report:

 

  1. From the Dashboard, click on the Club drop down & select Reporting
  2. Select the appropriate club(s) you wish to be included in the report
  3. In the Member Reports by Type section, click on the icon for inactive
