Appointments Made Report [Breakdown]

The Appointments Made Report details each appointment that a club location's prospects created within a designated date range. From its data, Club Admins can track which staff members are, both, booking and taking appointments as well as the volume at which appointments are being booked.

The Report

Columns Include:

  • Location: The club location in which the prospect's appointment is set to occur.

  • Created Date: The date in which the prospect's appointment was established.

  • Created By: The staff member who set up the prospect's appointment.

  • Event Owner: The staff member with whom the prospect's appointment is set with.

  • Guest Name: The prospect's first and last name.

  • Phone: The prospect's phone number.

  • Email: The prospect's email address.

  • Source: The marketing source through which the prospect initially discovered the club. (Example: 'Billboard', 'Radio Ad', 'Referral', etc.)

  • Appt Date: The date in which the prospect's appointment is set to occur.

  • Prior Appt Date: The date in which the prospect's initial appointment was set to occur prior to being rescheduled.

         Note: If the appointment's 'Appt Date' is not a rescheduled date, then this field will appear blank.

  • Notes: The text that a staff member has entered into the 'Notes' section of the appointment's 'Add New Events' window.

         Note: If no text was entered into the 'Notes' section, then this field will appear blank.
