How to Fix Non-Receiving Email Issues from Club OS Reporting Using Whitelisting

Below is a list of several URLs that should be white-listed by the IT department of any gym with rigid internet security. Failure to do so could result in errors on the page, or Club OS ceasing all functionality.

If you have any trouble in receiving emails from Club OS, you may add the following records to your domain's SPF (Sender Policy Framework) to ensure that messages are routed appropriately:

v=spf1 include:\_spf.google.com ~all

v=spf1 include:mailgun.org ~all

Adding the above records will ensure you're pulling data from an authoritative data source (as changes are posted, having the above in your SPF will pull the latest IPs and Subnet Masks). If a non-authoritative list is desired or needed, you may run the following terminal commands:

nslookup -q=TXT \_netblocks.google.com 8.8.8.8

nslookup -q=TXT \_netblocks2.google.com 8.8.8.8

nslookup -q=TXT \_netblocks3.google.com 8.8.8.8

nslookup -q=TXT spf1.mailgun.org

nslookup -q=TXT spf2.mailgun.org
